Foundational AI Enablement / Agency Partners

Foundational AI
enablement for
your clients.

Bring me into your client engagement as a named specialist. I work directly with your client’s team, alongside your agency, to build the understanding, confidence, and practical skills they need to put AI to work.

Whether earlier enablement hasn’t taken hold or your client needs support you don’t provide, I deliver hands-on training and guidance grounded in their everyday work. The Adoption Sprint can also support your own team.

The agency opportunity

A specialist you can bring into the conversation.

Foundational AI enablement for the people who need to use what has been deployed.

When earlier efforts haven’t taken hold

Your client may already have tools, integrations, or training. I help identify what is getting in the way and build the understanding and practical skills to make those investments useful.

When your client needs more support

You recognize the need for enablement but may not have the time or the right person to facilitate it. Introduce me as Nico, and I work alongside your agency with the client’s team.

Start with the tools you and your clients already have.

I start with your client’s existing tools, prior efforts, and everyday work. Together, I help clarify the gaps and agree on training, guidance, and practical implementation. Client work uses authorized data and access, with responsibilities agreed before delivery.

What I can help with

Training is the beginning. It doesn't have to be the end.

The recommendation comes after understanding the problem.

  • AI Training
  • AI Strategy
  • Agents
  • Workflow Automation
  • HubSpot AI
  • AI + CRM Integration
  • Custom AI Applications

Sometimes your team needs training. Sometimes a repeatable agent or a connection between HubSpot and another system makes the difference. Sometimes the best recommendation is to change the process and build nothing at all.

Implementation is agreed around your adoption goals. Larger custom applications need a separately agreed scope; an Adoption Sprint does not include unlimited development.

How it works

From understanding to actual adoption.

Use what you have. Fix what isn't working. Add only what's missing.

  1. Understand

A 30-minute conversation with your agency about the client, earlier AI efforts, goals, and how I can work alongside you. Agree who should join the assessment.

  2. Assess

A free assessment with authorized access to the client’s tools and workflows. Identify what people understand, what they use, and where foundational skills or guidance are missing.

  3. Recommend

A practical enablement plan for the client, with responsibilities agreed alongside your agency. Use existing tools, address gaps, and define the training and implementation scope.

  4. Enable

I work directly with your client’s team to build understanding, confidence, and practical skills using their real responsibilities, tools, and authorized data.

  5. Implement

I support agreed agents, workflows, or integrations alongside your agency and the client. Larger application work requires separately agreed scope.

  6. Measure

At 30 days, review client adoption together: what is used, where people are stuck, and what needs adjustment or reasonable additional enablement within the original scope.

The engagement succeeds when the training gets used, not simply when the training happens.

How it
runs

What an enrollment includes, how long it takes, where it happens, and what happens to your data. If a question is not answered here, it is answered on the call.

A track enrollment
Count each person once per track, $750 per person, per track. Four people taking one track each, two people taking two tracks each, or one person taking four tracks all make up the standard four-enrollment Sprint. Nico can tailor the people and tracks; the $3,000 minimum engagement always applies.
Duration
Each track is one half-day, live and hands-on. The Leadership track is 90 minutes. Your cohort's dates and cadence are set together on the call.
Where
HubSpot tracks use your own portal. AI Tools for Teams uses your own files and business AI workspace, with no HubSpot account required. Remote or on-site, your choice.
Who teaches
Nico, personally, every session. No handoff to a junior trainer.
Agent build
Each hands-on track ends with at least one agent your team builds live for that team's real work, customer success and support teams included. The Leadership session is strategy and governance; a build for the exec team can be added on request.
Recordings
Every session is recorded. Recordings go only to the people who attended and are deleted whenever you ask.
After the sprint
Thirty days of follow-up coaching and a 30-day adoption review. Reasonable additional enablement for the original agreed implementation is included at no additional charge.
Cohort size
Standard structure: 4 track enrollments, with participant and track exceptions scoped by Nico. Minimum engagement: $3,000. Each session holds up to 15 people. The number of sessions depends on your track choices; groups and dates are set on the call.
Before you start
Start with a free AI/technology assessment of your existing tools, workflows and gaps. For HubSpot tracks, this includes the free Portal Audit. No HubSpot account is required to start.

What each track needs

HubSpot gates some AI tools by subscription tier, and the agents run on HubSpot Credits. Included allowances and consumption rates depend on your subscription.13 The audit confirms what your portal already has before anything is scheduled.

RevOps
Any Hub at Starter or above for the Data Agent; Professional or Enterprise for Agent Builder. Uses HubSpot Credits; the audit checks your allowance and feature access.
Growth & Demand
Starter or above for the Prospecting Agent, which uses credits. Deal scoring requires Sales Hub or Smart CRM Professional or Enterprise; detailed insights need a Sales Seat. Buyer Intent needs a paid tier and tracking code.
Marketing
Content Hub Professional or Enterprise for Content Remix; Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise for the Content Agent and Social Media Agent. Beta access and permissions are checked in the audit.
Leadership
No tier requirement. Covers credit budgeting and permissions across whatever your portal already has.
AI Tools
No HubSpot tier required. Start with the tools you already have. The assessment checks workspace access and data controls, including Claude for Work or ChatGPT Business where appropriate. Add a workspace only if needed and agreed.

Not sure which Hubs you have? The free Portal Audit checks your account and tells you which tracks you are ready for.

Your data

Hands-on, on your platform, on your terms.

  • /I work only with the data you choose for the session, in your portal or your files.
  • /An NDA or data agreement is signed on request, before the first session.
  • /Recordings are shared only with your attendees and deleted on request.
  • /Nothing from your portal is used to train any AI model.

The goal is hands-on enablement directly on the platform you already pay for, so your team leaves able to run it without me.

Feature requirements: Agent Builder, Prospecting Agent, deal scores, Content Remix, and HubSpot's product catalog. We confirm permissions, subscriptions, and beta access in your account before choosing the exercises.

Clean data, calculated fields, and your first custom agent

AI work depends on the data in your CRM. This track teaches the people who own your CRM the working methods to clean properties, build calculated fields without code, and set up custom agents that protect data quality instead of eroding it.

Data AgentBreeze Intelligence enrichmentAgent Builder (no code)AI Formula BuilderSmart data formatting workflowsDeduplication and merge rulesHuman-in-the-loop review queuesLifecycle stage automation

What this track needs: Any Hub at Starter or above for the Data Agent; Professional or Enterprise for Agent Builder. Uses HubSpot Credits; the audit checks your allowance and feature access.

What you learn and build live

  • /01Data Agent research on your CRM records: asking a business question, writing the answer to a property, and checking the result before using it in a workflow.
  • /02Breeze Intelligence enrichment: setting company and contact records to fill supported business details, then reviewing coverage and accuracy before relying on the enriched fields.
  • /03A custom agent in Agent Builder: writing the instructions, setting what the agent may read and write in the CRM, and adding a review queue so a person approves sensitive property changes.
  • /04AI Formula Builder and pipeline handoffs: describing a calculated property in plain English, scoring data completeness, and automating the handoff between marketing, sales, and customer success.

What your team can do afterward

Trust your data

  • • Research business questions with Data Agent and review the answers stored on your CRM records.12
  • • Check missing fields and data formats before using records in automated handoffs.
  • • Build and maintain your own custom agents, with a human sign-off where it matters.

For your client engagement

Build skills in the client’s portal

Practice checking field definitions, enrichment settings, and agent permissions in a portal you manage. Learn what to recheck before using the same approach in another account.

Move beyond static lead forms and cold outbound

Learn to identify the companies already visiting your site, let the Prospecting Agent research target accounts and draft outreach for a rep to review, shorten forms for visitors you already know, and use HubSpot's deal scoring to catch stalled deals early. Your CRM, or your clients' CRMs if you are an agency, becomes the engine instead of the filing cabinet.

This track is for teams that sell to businesses. If you market to consumers or members, start with Marketing and Ads or AI Tools.

HubSpot AI tools covered

Prospecting Agent (Starter or above, uses credits)Buyer Intent (any paid tier, credits to add companies)Company identification from site visitsProgressive formsDeal scoring (Sales Hub or Smart CRM Pro or Enterprise)Customer journey analyticsRevenue forecasting

What this track needs: Starter or above for the Prospecting Agent, which uses credits. Deal scoring requires Sales Hub or Smart CRM Professional or Enterprise; detailed insights need a Sales Seat. Buyer Intent needs a paid tier and tracking code.

What you learn and build live

  • /01Setting up the Prospecting Agent: pointing it at your target accounts so it researches each company, finds the right people, and drafts personalized outreach that a rep approves before it sends.
  • /02Buyer Intent alerts: seeing which companies visit your pricing and case-study pages and routing an alert to the right rep while the interest is fresh.
  • /03Progressive forms: hiding fields you already know when a returning visitor is recognized, so forms get shorter and the CRM record stays complete.
  • /04Predictive deal scoring: reading HubSpot's generated scores alongside activity and deal history to decide which deals need attention. Scores inform the review; they do not replace it.

What your team can do afterward

Find warm demand

  • • See which companies are visiting your own site and reach out while they are looking.
  • • Walk into sales calls with the account research already done by the agent.
  • • Read a deal score and know which deals need attention this week.

For your client engagement

Work from the client's sales process

Learn to adjust target-account criteria, outreach review, and handoffs to the sales team in each portal you manage.

Brand voice, content agents, and one asset into many

Generic AI copy damages trust, yours or your clients'. This track teaches your content team to set Brand Voice guardrails, run the Content Agent on verified facts, and turn one approved asset into drafts for several channels, with a human review before publishing.

HubSpot AI tools covered

Content Agent (Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, beta)Brand VoiceContent Remix (Content Hub Pro or Enterprise)Social Media Agent (Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise)Campaign Assistant and ad copyAI translationAudio and podcast narration

What this track needs: Content Hub Professional or Enterprise for Content Remix; Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise for the Content Agent and Social Media Agent. Beta access and permissions are checked in the audit.

What you learn and build live

  • /01Brand Voice setup: feeding in your style guide and approved writing samples so every draft sounds like you, not like a robot.
  • /02Content Remix: taking one cornerstone asset, a webinar transcript or a whitepaper, and turning it into email sequences, LinkedIn and X posts, a blog post, and audio clips.
  • /03Social Media Agent: setting up platform-native post drafts and a schedule your team reviews rather than writes from scratch.
  • /04Campaign Assistant ads: creating search, social, and display ad copy variants from a single brief, ready for A/B testing.

What your team can do afterward

Faster first drafts

  • • Draft blogs, emails, and social posts faster with Brand Voice and Content Remix. The one controlled study of AI-assisted professional writing measured about 40% less time per task with higher rated quality.11
  • • Start every piece from a draft instead of a blank page.
  • • Publish one idea across every channel without rewriting it by hand.

For your client engagement

Keep each brand distinct

Practice using a client's approved writing samples, source material, and review process. Learn to check facts and brand voice before a draft is published.

Credit budgets, permissions, and accountability

AI changes what the work costs and who is accountable for it. This session covers how HubSpot Credits get spent, who may use which tools on which data, where a human signs off, and how to assign ownership so your team can keep the work running. Leadership is a 90-minute strategy session; an agent build for the exec team can be added on request.

Governance and budgeting tools covered

Agent Hub (agent oversight, access checked in audit)HubSpot Credits budgetingHubSpot AI Trust CenterAdoption reviews and agent ownershipCustomer AgentPermissions and data-handling rules

What this track needs: No tier requirement. Covers credit budgeting and permissions across whatever your portal already has.

What leadership leaves with

  • /01One view of every agent: using Agent Hub to see which native and custom agents are running, what they cost, and where they escalate to a person.
  • /02A credit budget you understand: what the included monthly credits cover, how to monitor usage, and where to check current consumption rates before enabling an agent.13
  • /03Answers for legal and security: using the HubSpot AI Trust Center to show your own counsel, or a client's, how HubSpot handles customer data in its AI features.
  • /04An adoption review you can repeat: deciding what to track, who checks the results, and when an agent should be changed or paused.

What your team can do afterward

Run AI with rules

  • • Set clear rules for what data AI tools can touch and where a human reviews before anything publishes or sends.
  • • Standardize one AI playbook across every team and account.
  • • Know your monthly credit spend before the invoice, not after.

For your client engagement

Agree ownership with the client

Learn to document who owns each agent, who approves its actions, and how credit usage is reviewed across the portals your team runs.

Put Claude and ChatGPT to work in your actual day

Most teams have one or two people quietly using a personal ChatGPT account and everyone else waiting. This track checks your existing workspace and its business data controls. You learn to build and review at least one agent for a recurring task using your own files. The exercises below show the kinds of work we practice together. No HubSpot account is needed.

Anthropic and OpenAI tools covered

Claude CoworkClaude CodeChatGPT BusinessChatGPT Work (agent)CodexProjects and custom GPTsConnectors (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)

What this track needs: No HubSpot tier required. Start with the tools you already have. The assessment checks workspace access and data controls, including Claude for Work or ChatGPT Business where appropriate. Add a workspace only if needed and agreed.

What you learn and build on your own files

  • /01The workspace and the data rules: setting up (or tidying) a ChatGPT Business or Claude for Work workspace, inviting the team, turning off training on any remaining personal accounts, and agreeing the three-line policy for what may and may not be pasted in.14,15
  • /02A role assistant on your documents: a Claude Project or custom GPT for a role on your team, loaded with your price list, tone guide, and standard replies, then drafting real customer emails, proposals, and FAQs against it.
  • /03Cowork or ChatGPT Work on a recurring task: handing the agent one repeatable job (a monthly report from a spreadsheet, reconciling two exports, turning a folder of meeting notes into actions) with only the files it may touch, and reviewing what it delivers.16
  • /04A small internal tool, built by a non-developer: describing a problem in plain English (an intake form, a tracker, an ad-variation generator) and having Claude Code or Codex build a working first version, the way Anthropic's own legal and marketing teams did.17,18

What your team can do afterward

Work with AI, safely

  • • Run every department on a business workspace where the vendor states your prompts and files are not used for training.14,15
  • • Keep a shared library of Projects or custom GPTs per role, and update them when your prices or policies change.
  • • Hand a recurring report, reconciliation, or research brief to Cowork or ChatGPT Work and review the result instead of producing it.
  • • Know which tasks to trust the AI with and which to check by hand; the largest field study found AI users did better on tasks inside its competence and worse on one outside it.19
  • • Prototype small internal tools without hiring a developer, and know when to hand off to one.
  • • Continue with the free vendor courses below.

Your data: In a Business or Team workspace, neither OpenAI nor Anthropic trains on your data by default. OpenAI: “By default, we do not use your business data for training our models.”14 Anthropic: “Your prompts, data, and results are not used to train our models by default.”15 Personal Free, Plus, Pro, and Max accounts have their own training setting. The assessment checks your existing access and data controls; any new workspace is chosen only if needed and agreed.

AI Adoption Sprint

Starting at $3,000

A standard Sprint includes four role-based track enrollments at $750 each. One enrollment is one person taking one track. Spread them across your team or concentrate them among the people who need the most hands-on enablement.

I can tailor the participant and track structure. The minimum engagement remains $3,000, regardless of the number of people or tracks.

Configure the engagement around your client’s team and foundational enablement needs, with your agency involved as agreed. Internal agency training is also available.

Invoiced after the call. Remote or on-site. Nico teaches every session.

Included in your engagement

  • Free AI/technology assessment, including the Portal Audit for HubSpot tracks
  • Role-specific live training on your workflows, tools and real work
  • Practical implementation guidance and agreed agents/workflows where applicable
  • Session recordings for attendees and supporting materials
  • Written adoption recommendations and an actionable roadmap
  • 30-day follow-up and optimization, with coaching for the original agreed scope

Each hands-on track includes a live agent build on your real work. Leadership focuses on strategy and governance, with a build on request. Sessions hold up to 15 people; groups and dates follow your track choices.

Training shouldn't end when the Zoom call does.

Every Adoption Sprint includes 30 days of follow-up coaching and a review at 30 days focused on actual adoption. I will review what is being used, what is working, where people are stuck and what needs adjustment. When reasonable additional enablement is needed to get the original implementation working as intended, I will address it as part of the engagement.
