An open office cabinet reveals ordinary business tools on one side and overlooked illuminated machinery already built into the other.

Build the foundations to put AI to work.

Foundational AI enablement for your team.

I help your team build the understanding, confidence, and practical skills to use AI in everyday work. Whether you are getting started or earlier tools and training haven’t delivered, I work with your people to find what is missing and put those foundations in place.

No HubSpot account required. One Adoption Sprint, starting at $3,000.

The opportunity

Most businesses don't have an AI shortage. They have an AI utilization problem.

HubSpot, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ChatGPT, Claude. Your existing stack may already hold useful AI capabilities that aren't part of anyone's day-to-day work.

  • What do you already have access to?
  • Which capabilities actually matter?
  • Where can AI improve an existing process?
  • Where does the process need to change first?
  • What should be automated, and what absolutely shouldn't?
  • Is another tool actually necessary?

No predetermined software stack. No solution looking for a problem.

You could be sitting on gold

Before you buy more AI, find out what you already have.

Many teams are already paying for powerful capabilities they've never configured, explored or incorporated into their workflows. The first goal is understanding what's available, what your team needs and where the gaps really are.

The right AI isn't always the same AI.

I am not tied to selling you a particular platform. Different models and tools suit different jobs. The goal is to find the combination that makes sense for your organization, including the tools you already pay for.

If the best solution requires buying nothing new, that is a perfectly good outcome. Access, licensing and data settings are checked before choosing tools.

What I can help with

Training is the beginning. It doesn't have to be the end.

The recommendation comes after understanding the problem.

  • AI Training
  • AI Strategy
  • Agents
  • Workflow Automation
  • HubSpot AI
  • AI + CRM Integration
  • Custom AI Applications

Sometimes the answer is training. Sometimes it's an agent. Sometimes it's connecting systems that already exist. And sometimes the best recommendation is changing the process and not building anything at all.

Implementation is agreed around your adoption goals. Larger custom applications need a separately agreed scope; an Adoption Sprint does not include unlimited development.

How it works

From understanding to actual adoption.

Use what you have. Fix what isn't working. Add only what's missing.

  1. Understand

A 30-minute conversation about your organization, people, existing technology, workflows, pain points and goals. No sales presentation disguised as discovery.

  2. Assess

A free AI/technology assessment: capability you already have, what is unused, unnecessary process work, where AI can help, what should not be automated and whether more technology is needed.

  3. Recommend

A practical roadmap: use what you have, fix what isn't working, add only what's missing. Simplify the process before adding tools.

  4. Enable

Train the appropriate people by their actual responsibilities, using their workflows, tools, problems and opportunities wherever possible.

  5. Implement

Where appropriate and agreed, configure agents, workflows, integrations or supporting AI systems so the training produces something immediately usable.

  6. Measure

Follow up after 30 days: what is used, what produces value, where adoption stalled, what needs adjustment and whether more enablement is needed.

The engagement succeeds when the training gets used, not simply when the training happens.

AI Adoption Sprint

Starting at $3,000

A standard Sprint includes four role-based track enrollments at $750 each. One enrollment is one person taking one track. Spread them across your team or concentrate them among the people who need the most hands-on enablement.

I can tailor the participant and track structure. The minimum engagement remains $3,000, regardless of the number of people or tracks.

Small team? No problem. Concentrate the engagement around founders, operators or key team members without requiring four different participants.

Invoiced after the call. Remote or on-site. Nico teaches every session.

Included in your engagement

  • Free AI/technology assessment, including the Portal Audit for HubSpot tracks
  • Role-specific live training on your workflows, tools and real work
  • Practical implementation guidance and agreed agents/workflows where applicable
  • Session recordings for attendees and supporting materials
  • Written adoption recommendations and an actionable roadmap
  • 30-day follow-up and optimization, with coaching for the original agreed scope

Each hands-on track includes a live agent build on your real work. Leadership focuses on strategy and governance, with a build on request. Sessions hold up to 15 people; groups and dates follow your track choices.

Training shouldn't end when the Zoom call does.

Every Adoption Sprint includes 30 days of follow-up coaching and a review at 30 days focused on actual adoption. I will review what is being used, what is working, where people are stuck and what needs adjustment. When reasonable additional enablement is needed to get the original implementation working as intended, I will address it as part of the engagement.

Your practitioner and teacher

Nico, personally. From assessment to adoption.

I teach from real systems I've built and work I've delivered. HubSpot is a deep specialty, not a requirement for your business.
