1. 01 / Understand

   A 30-minute conversation with your agency about the client, earlier AI efforts, goals, and how I can work alongside you. Agree who should join the assessment.

2. 02 / Assess

   A free assessment with authorized access to the client’s tools and workflows. Identify what people understand, what they use, and where foundational skills or guidance are missing.

3. 03 / Recommend

   A practical enablement plan for the client, with responsibilities agreed alongside your agency. Use existing tools, address gaps, and define the training and implementation scope.

4. 04 / Enable

   I work directly with your client’s team to build understanding, confidence, and practical skills using their real responsibilities, tools, and authorized data.

5. 05 / Implement

   I support agreed agents, workflows, or integrations alongside your agency and the client. Larger application work requires separately agreed scope.

6. 06 / Measure

   At 30 days, review client adoption together: what is used, where people are stuck, and what needs adjustment or reasonable additional enablement within the original scope.

One enrollment is one person in one track. Four enrollments are standard: four people in one track, two in two, or one in four. Nico can tailor people and tracks. The minimum engagement remains $3,000, even with fewer enrollments.

Role-specific training

Each hands-on track includes a live agent build. Leadership builds are available on request. Remote or on-site, up to 15 people per session. Access and data settings are checked in the assessment; buy new tools only if needed and agreed.

Invoiced after the call. Nico teaches every session.

Training shouldn't end when the Zoom call does.

Every Adoption Sprint includes 30 days of follow-up coaching and a review at 30 days focused on actual adoption. I will review what is being used, what is working, where people are stuck and what needs adjustment. When reasonable additional enablement is needed to get the original implementation working as intended, I will address it as part of the engagement.

Your data, your control

• I work only with the data you choose for the session, in your portal or your files.
• An NDA or data agreement is signed on request, before the first session.
• Recordings are shared only with your attendees and deleted on request.
• Nothing from your portal is used to train any AI model.
