A free AI/technology assessment: capability you already have, what is unused, unnecessary process work, where AI can help, what should not be automated and whether more technology is needed.
03 / Recommend
A practical roadmap: use what you have, fix what isn't working, add only what's missing. Simplify the process before adding tools.
04 / Enable
Train the appropriate people by their actual responsibilities, using their workflows, tools, problems and opportunities wherever possible.
05 / Implement
Where appropriate and agreed, configure agents, workflows, integrations or supporting AI systems so the training produces something immediately usable.
06 / Measure
Follow up after 30 days: what is used, what produces value, where adoption stalled, what needs adjustment and whether more enablement is needed.

Your Adoption Sprint
Starting at $3,000. $750 per track enrollment.
One enrollment is one person in one track. Four enrollments are standard: four people in one track, two in two, or one in four. Nico can tailor people and tracks. The minimum engagement remains $3,000, even with fewer enrollments.

- Free AI/technology assessment, including the Portal Audit for HubSpot tracks
- Role-specific live training on your workflows, tools and real work
- Practical implementation guidance and agreed agents/workflows where applicable
- Session recordings for attendees and supporting materials
- Written adoption recommendations and an actionable roadmap
- 30-day follow-up and optimization, with coaching for the original agreed scope
Role-specific training
Revenue Operations (half-day); Growth & Demand (half-day); Marketing & Ads (half-day); Leadership & Strategy (90 minutes); AI Tools for Teams (half-day).
Each hands-on track includes a live agent build. Leadership builds are available on request. Remote or on-site, up to 15 people per session. Access and data settings are checked in the assessment; buy new tools only if needed and agreed.
Invoiced after the call. Nico teaches every session.

Keep the capability working
Training shouldn't end when the Zoom call does.
Every Adoption Sprint includes 30 days of follow-up coaching and a review at 30 days focused on actual adoption. I will review what is being used, what is working, where people are stuck and what needs adjustment. When reasonable additional enablement is needed to get the original implementation working as intended, I will address it as part of the engagement.
Your data, your control
- I work only with the data you choose for the session, in your portal or your files.
- An NDA or data agreement is signed on request, before the first session.
- Recordings are shared only with your attendees and deleted on request.
- Nothing from your portal is used to train any AI model.
Small team? No problem.
Concentrate the engagement around founders, operators or key team members. Four different participants are not required. If the right outcome means buying no new software, that is a good outcome.
