Daily build
What should you automate first?
List the repetitive tasks in your week and this ranks which to automate first, what each one costs you a year in hours and dollars, and which to leave with a person. It runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type leaves it.
The reading
No reading yet.
List the repetitive tasks in your week below. The ranking appears here as you answer, and it updates as you type.
Your tasks
Your tasks never leave your browser. There is no server behind this tool, your tasks are never sent anywhere, and nobody sees what you type, including me. The math runs on your machine. Your task list is saved on this device so you can come back to it, and Clear my tasks removes it.
What it cannot tell you
The ranking is the easy half
This cannot tell you how to automate a task or which tool to use. It trusts your own estimates of how often a task runs and how long it takes, and those are usually guesses. And it ranks payoff only, not the cost of building the automation, so a high rank is a reason to scope something, not proof it is worth building.
The series
One small tool a day
Every build gets a write-up in the Library: what it does, why it exists, what I decided not to put in it, and what it took to make. Free to use, nothing to sign up for.
