Catch it now
What you log stays on this device by default. There is no account and no server-side copy of your log, nobody sees it including me, and removing an entry removes it for good. The one exception is the handoff draft: if you choose to draft one for an entry, that entry's text, follow up, and urgency are sent to OpenAI to generate it. Nothing about the entry or the draft is stored on any server either way, and every other part of this tool still sends nothing anywhere.
What it cannot tell you
Writing it down is the easy half
This does not turn one line into real documentation, and it does not check whether what you wrote is enough for someone else to actually follow. A note about a vendor login is a start, not a runbook. It also cannot tell you what you have not thought to log yet, the thing you do so automatically that you would not think to mention it until someone is standing where you usually stand, asking where to find it.
A long log is not proof nothing is missing. It is proof you are catching more than you were.
