OpenReply and the limit nobody publishes

Chatfuel wants $49 a month for keyword-to-message automation, and its own documentation says the bot pauses when you cross an allowance it never prints. OpenReply is the seven-week-old MIT repo that moves that job onto about twenty five dollars of your own infrastructure, and the savings are the least interesting part.
