Work with me

Bring me the client you cannot say yes to

This is direct, practical work on your agency's real engagements. Bring the AI ask you cannot staff, and I scope it, put a number on it, and build it under your brand, or advise the people who will.

Work with me

Hourly, retainer, or a scoped build

The three ways agencies buy the work, ordered by commitment: hourly advisory for the problem in front of you, a retainer for the standing gap, a scoped white-label build for the client you cannot say yes to. Every price is on the card. No book-a-call-to-find-out.

For a specific problem

Hourly Advisory

$120/hr

2-hour minimum*

This is not training and it is not a lesson plan. A prospect asks for something AI-shaped and nobody in-house can scope it, or a client workflow needs a straight answer. Bring the specific problem and we work it, live, using your real context. You leave with it moved or solved.

Format

*Two hours is the minimum at checkout. Add more hours right there — always the same $120 flat, drawn down however the work needs it. Bigger commitment? The 10-hour block holds the time ahead at a lower rate.

What we work on

  • Your specific problem, not a curriculum
  • Direct working time with me, not a delegate
  • Sized for a single well-defined question

Outcome

Your problem moved forward or solved, with a clear record of what we decided.

For an ongoing problem

Hourly Advisory, 10-Hour Block

$110/hr

10-hour minimum, adjustable quantity

The same working-session approach as hourly, priced down for a bigger commitment: a problem with more moving parts, or a few client problems in a row. Ten hours minimum at checkout ($1,100), and every hour you add after that stays at the same $110 rate.

Format

10 hours minimum at checkout, $110 an hour flat. Add more hours right there at the same rate — no cap, and it never steps back up to $120.

What we work on

  • Your problem, not a syllabus
  • Spend the hours across multiple sessions as needed
  • One lower rate that holds no matter how many hours you add

Outcome

Real progress on the problem you brought, at a pace that matches how it unfolds.

For ongoing help

Retainer

From $1,800/mo

Reserved monthly capacity, three tiers

For agencies that want me on call rather than booking one block at a time. Three tiers, each a different relationship: an on-call specialist, an ongoing delivery partner, or a fractional AI capability embedded in how you sell and deliver. Pick the one that matches how much AI work you actually have.

The ladder

  • AI Desk

    $1,800/mo

    ~15 hours/mo

An on-call AI specialist. Bring problems as they come up: scope a client's AI ask, design a HubSpot automation, sanity-check feasibility before you promise it, troubleshoot a workflow that broke. For the agency that does not need a full-time AI person but needs to know it has one.

  • AI Desk Plus

    $2,700/mo

    ~25 hours/mo

An ongoing delivery partner. Everything in AI Desk, plus enough time inside your work to hold real continuity: your clients, your delivery process, your HubSpot environment, no re-learning the context every time. White-label implementation, larger agents and integrations, QA, discovery, and a straight answer on what you should and should not sell.

  • Embedded AI Partner

    $3,600/mo

    ~30-35 hours/mo

Fractional AI capability, the closest thing to an AI specialist on the team without payroll. Not waiting on tickets: in your pipeline, your upcoming client needs, your technical standards. Scoping before the sell, designing and building, maintaining what exists, creating reusable systems, and making your delivery team more capable over time.

The hours on each tier are reserved monthly capacity, held for you, not unlimited access. If a month runs bigger than the tier, we say so up front and size it together.

Format

A standing monthly engagement. The first month starts with a scoping call.

What we work on

  • Standing access instead of one-off blocks
  • A tier that matches your real monthly volume, not a guess
  • Continuity: I keep your clients, stack, and process in context

Outcome

A reliable AI specialist on the team every month, at the level of involvement your pipeline actually calls for.

For the client you cannot say yes to

White-Label AI Builds

From $1,500

Scoped per engagement, project or retainer

Your client wants AI and you cannot staff it. I design and build the solution under your brand. We scope it together, put an evidence-based number on it, then I build alongside your team, invisible to the client if that is how you want it.

Format

A scoped engagement, not a fixed program. Usually a project with a clear deliverable inside your client's HubSpot stack, or a standing retainer when the work keeps going.

What we work on

  • AI agents and workflow automations built into your client's real portal
  • Automated integrations connecting HubSpot to the rest of their stack, via APIs, workflows, and MCP tooling
  • White-label by default: your brand, your voice, your client relationship
  • Sensible guardrails so it holds up in front of the client

Outcome

A working AI solution your agency delivers as its own, plus the documentation and judgment your team needs to run and extend it.

Anything else

If none of the above fits, tell me what your client is asking for and I will work out a real estimate with you, live.

What happens after you purchase

  1. Secure checkout

Payment runs through Stripe. You get a receipt by email right away.

  2. I reach out

I follow up personally within one business day to confirm the engagement and hear what you want to work on.

  3. You pick the times

You schedule your sessions directly on Nico's calendar, at times that work for you, and bring the workflow you want to improve.

  4. We get to work

The first live working session, screen shared, inside your real tools and context.

Get a read before you commit

No commitment past the free assessment. This is the low-friction entry point, for the moment when a full build is the wrong first ask.

For a starting point

AI Readiness Assessment

Free

A short guided assessment

Not sure what the AI ask in front of you is actually worth? Answer a few questions and get a plain-language read on where the real opportunity is, and roughly what it is worth. Useful before you quote the client.

Format

A short self-serve assessment, available any time. No call required.

What we work on

  • A clear, honest read on where AI actually helps
  • Not a sales pitch, a starting point
  • Takes a few minutes

Outcome

A plain-language number you can bring to the client conversation, and to me if you book a session.

Bring your actual work

We work from the problem, not a syllabus

The shape changes with the engagement. We might wire an agent into a client's portal, integrate HubSpot with the rest of their stack, untangle a daily workflow, or ship a small working app. The point is useful capability, not coverage for its own sake.

When the work needs more than a chat, we connect it to the tools your client already runs on, safely, and keep a human in control of the decisions that actually matter.

Custom workflows, third-party API integrations, and data movement across marketing, sales, and service ops. Built inside the portal, documented so your team can maintain it after I leave.

We map the handoffs, inputs, and the places it can go wrong, so the workflow holds up on a busy Tuesday instead of just looking good in a demo.

You leave with prompts that know what good looks like for your work, and a way to fix them when the first version misses. Because the first version usually misses.

We break the build into steps you can see, test, and ship. You get a real first version and a straight answer on what still needs work. No magic, no hand-waving.

We make the rules visible: what data can go where, when a human signs off, and how you actually tell whether the thing is helping or just staying busy.

Not sure where to start

Bring me the messy version

Tell me what your client is asking for, what you have already tried, and where it keeps getting stuck. I will tell you what I would build first, or whether a different answer makes more sense. If you want a rough number before we talk, run the free assessment.
